Introduction
The irrigation water source of Douliu Canal uses river water overflow from the Jiji joint diversion weir for the current irrigation area, which expands the function of Jiji joint diversion weir and improves the effective utilization of water and soil resources.
The irrigation area spans Yunlin and Chiayi counties, and has an area of about 6,000 hectares. Diversified design concepts such as ecology, landscape, culture and arts were integrated into the canal development, which greatly improved the landscaping of the rural environment in the region.
