Introduction
Daojiang Canal was formed by the merger of Daoye Canal and Jiangjun Canal. The main water source is Bazhang River, with the tributary Chilan River a secondary source. The main facilities of the weir are a dam body of 182 meters, 3 sand discharge gates, 3 arc shaped gates and 6 water inlets.
The main canal is more than 11,000m long, and the irrigation area of more than 1,300 hectares covers Chiayi City and Shuihui Township.
