Geography
The area administered by the office is located within Hsinchu County and stretches east to Guanxi Township, west to the Taiwan Strait, north to Fengshan Steam Irrigation Area, and south to Xiangshan Saltwater Port.
Irrigation system
The main water source of the irrigation area diverts natural surface water from Touqian River, Fengshan River and Keya River, supplemented by pumping groundwater and surface water.
