The Irrigation Agency conducted a significant joint drill simulating a compound disaster at the Fengtian settling basin in Shoufeng Township, Hualien County on April 23. The aim was to enhance emergency response capabilities during the flood season and strengthen coordination between central and local governments in disaster prevention efforts.
