Introduction
Youzilin canal check gate is located at Zhuzimen Drainage facility 4K+435 (Zhuduan 23), Meinong District, Kaohsiung City and was designed to improve the Youzilin canal weir, and meet the 10-year protection standard threshold as a 25-year non-overflow dike. The design takes ease of operation into account, including electronic water level gauges, hidden slings, horizontal wave-breaking cones etc., which facilitate improved maintenance manpower efficiency and reduce water falling noise.
