Introduction
Most of the irrigation water used in this site comes from Shimen Reservoir, and the rest is the return flow of rainfall and rivers. Since the river water is an important water source on this site, the installation of fixed weirs often causes drainage difficulties in related areas due to the raised water level. It effectively solves the problem of flooding and addresses the flood damage caused by torrential rain caused by climate change. After reviewing and considering methods of river drainage and water intake in advanced countries, the previous method of setting fixed weirs was changed and electric automatic lodging weirs were selected to resolve the local flooding issue.
