At 10:00 am on 2022/2/25 (Friday), Director Liu Shuhua of Changhua Management Office, Irrigation Agency, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, held a Construction Groundbreaking Ceremony for “Expanded Irrigation Services in Neisan (No.1 Canal and No.2 Canal)” and invited Legislator Chen Suyue, Tianzhong Township Mayor Hong Lina, local councilors and many farmers to attend the event, expressing their support for the local policy of expanding irrigation services. The total cost of the "Expanded Irrigation Services in Neisan (No.1 Canal and No.2 Canal)" is NT$60 million. The construction will start on 2022/3/1 and is expected to be completed in February 2023. Subsequent improvement constructions for No. 3 to No. 7 Canals will be implemented in phases over a number of years. During the period, stable irrigation water sources will be provided, public water supply facilities strengthened and irrigation services expanded, benefiting more farmers.
